Fourth of July Fun!
Day 9-My New Tattoo!

I decided to finally cover the god awful barbed wire on my arm! Matt (the boy I used to nanny for back in the day!) is now a tattoo artist and I like to believe I had something to do with it :-) I brought him with me to get my back tattoo (aka tramp stamp) when he was little. What a good babysitter I was! I also brought him to LA for his first tattoo when he was 16, with his mom's permission of course. I love my new tat! I would have tons if I weren't in my profession.

We spent these days visiting with friends! We saw Kelly and baby Luke and Rob and his daughter Lily! Old friends lead to new friends :-)

Day 2 - Old Home Day and a Party!
We went to Old Home Day on Saturday. We enjoyed seeing all the fun stands and I ran into a few people from high school. The kids started melting down after an hour or so (still jet lagged and lacking proper sleep!) so we missed the parade. We decided to head home early for naps so we could be ready for our family party that night. I tried to get pictures of everyone at the party so that I can make the kids a who's who book so that they get familiar with the people they don't see that often. They both started out pretty shy when everyone started arriving, however it didn't take long for them to open right up!

Let lagged kiddos!
We have been in NH for a week now and we are enjoying our time with the family! Lots of pictures to add but the majority of them are on Facebook already :-) Day one was Friday. We got into Logan airport at 5 am and the kids barely slept at all. Zach got a few hours and Ava got maybe 2. She was a total turd and refused to calm down until she fell down! Once we got to my parents Andy and I went to bed because we slept maybe 5 minutes. Ava stayed up for a little bit, but Zach took the cake by staying up until he dropped at about 4pm. We had some family and friends over and it was great to see them. Some for the first time in almost a year. I hate being away from home for that long.
